Tina brings nearly a decade of senior admissions leadership at two of Asia’s leading international schools: Singapore American School and the International School of Beijing. At both, she led admissions and enrollment management from pre-kindergarten through Grade 12, working with school leadership to shape policies, strengthen processes, and guide decisions across the admissions journey. At Singapore American School, she also led a team of full-time and part-time admissions professionals serving a community of approximately 4,100 students. Her experience gives B&B families access to the perspective of a leader who has worked at the highest levels of international school admissions.

Tina began her career as a teacher and coach, then served as Director of Student Life at The Chapin School before leading its admissions team. That experience informs her family-centered approach: she understands that finding the right school is about more than an application. It is about identifying a community where a child can learn, contribute, and feel a sense of belonging.
