B&B specializes in Pre-K through Grade 12 international school admissions across Asia-Pacific and Hawaiʻi, serving families with children as young as age two. Our expertise covers American, British, IB, and other international curricula, including day and boarding schools within our markets.

We do not offer U.S. or U.K. boarding school admissions, university admissions, or tutoring services.

Why this focus? We believe in doing what we know best, delivering exceptional expertise and personalized support in the schools and markets we understand deeply.

Not necessarily. Many families successfully navigate admissions independently. But the process can be complex, competitive, time-consuming, and emotionally stressful.

B&B brings insider expertise, objective guidance, and rigorous execution. We obsess over the details, triple-check requirements and deadlines, and prepare families thoroughly while helping reduce the anxiety and uncertainty along the way.

Our goal is to help you make one of the most important decisions for your child’s future with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

No. Admissions decisions rest exclusively with schools. B&B helps families maximize their chances through informed school selection, strategic and tireless preparation, and compelling, authentic applications. We operate with the highest ethical standards, with zero tolerance for backdoor arrangements, improper influence, or any practices that compromise admissions integrity.

We’ve achieved very strong admissions outcomes to date. However, we’re not currently publishing an overall acceptance rate, as a single percentage could be misleading given differences in target schools, applicant profiles, and admissions competitiveness.

Family privacy and confidentiality are fundamental principles at B&B. Testimonials and references are available upon request, always with the consent of the families involved.

Our team includes former admissions officers and school leaders with extensive experience and established relationships with leading international schools.

These connections strengthen the quality of our advice, giving families deeper insights into school expectations, admissions processes, and how to prepare effectively. They do not provide special access, influence, or preferential treatment. All admissions decisions remain with the schools.

B&B consulting is primarily conducted online, with in-person sessions available where practical and appropriate. Families have direct access to their dedicated consultant through email, scheduled video meetings, and audio calls.

Every engagement also includes a dedicated B&B Relationship Manager who handles scheduling, coordination, and administrative matters, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience throughout.

Yes. B&B supports families in English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, and Cantonese, including free consultations.

We believe language should never be a barrier to accessing expert admissions guidance. Our consultants support both parents and students in their preferred language, while helping families navigate any language requirements set by individual schools.

We carefully match each family with a consultant based on their target school(s), admissions needs, and personal preferences. Families are welcome to request a specific consultant, subject to availability, and we arrange a brief chemistry meeting to ensure a strong mutual fit.

Your dedicated consultant leads the engagement, with additional expertise and oversight from the broader B&B team as needed. We intentionally limit consultant caseloads to maintain our premium, personalized service.

All-In Consulting engagements average 7 months, typically beginning around the opening of school applications and continuing through final admissions decisions. A La Carte engagements average 3-4 weeks, depending on the scope of support. Timelines are tailored to each family’s needs, target schools, and admissions deadlines.

Yes. B&B welcomes families from all backgrounds, regardless of their child’s academic performance, language proficiency, or admissions readiness. You don’t need to meet any specific qualification to seek our guidance.

What matters most is a genuine commitment to your child’s education, openness to honest advice, and a willingness to invest the time and effort needed to achieve the best possible outcome.
