Recommendation Letters
Guide families on the most appropriate and effective ways to approach teachers for recommendation letters, as well as optional recommendations, parent/family statements, etc.
Pre-Flight Review
Before every piece of your application is submitted, it’s reviewed (and if needed edited) by our independent B&B Advisory Panel made up of former admissions officers from the most competitive schools.
Decision Navigation
Your consultant will guide you through offer(s), waitlist(s), and your final decision - including targeted guidance for waitlist strategies, letters of continued interest, navigating multiple admits or deferrals.
Communication Support
This includes emails, calls (audio & video), and in-person** - we’re dedicated and ALL-IN on your family’s success.

Essays & Personal Statement
Over 3 structured rounds of feedback and revisions, your consultant will help craft essays that are clear, authentic, and aligned with your target school(s).
Essays & Personal Statement (Platinum)
Everything in Gold, plus: (1) Essay topic planning - identify essay topics and create outlines per essay; (2) Blind second review - Advanced English expert with no background of student provides detailed edits and feedback before finalizing.
Interview Preparation
Over two full rounds of mock interviews, for both our parents and your child, with real-time feedback to gain confidence and experience across all formats (1-on-1, group, online).
Interview Preparation (Platinum)
Everything in Gold, plus: Additional blind interview, for both parents and child, conducted by a second consultant before 2 mock interviews - this feedback becomes your preparation plan.
Language Support
All communications, written and verbal, are conducted in English with your native English-speaking consultant*.

*Many of our consultants are bi/trilingual and if paired/agreed, bilingual communication can be conducted in this service track.
Language Support (Platinum)
Everything in Gold, plus: B&B Consulting Associate, native in Japanese, Korean, and/or Chinese*, is assigned with your dedicated consultant for seamless and effective communication.

  • Document includes personalized strategy and 3-5 key actions for your child’s target school application, which will guide you through the entire admissions process.
  • All communication touchpoints with target school including initial outreach, email/phone conversations, and school tours are co-developed to ensure your communication is clear, consistent, and strategic.
  • We guide you on the most effective ways to connect with your target school —what to say (and not to say), how to make the right impression, and how to turn each interaction into an advantage throughout the admissions journey.
  • Excludes all application components (i.e. essays, interviews, written forms, etc.)
  • Guide families on the most appropriate and effective ways to approach teachers for recommendation letters, as well as optional recommendations, parent/family statements, etc.
  • This service includes at least two consultations—one before requests are made and another after letters are received—to ensure every submission reflects your child authentically and strategically.

  • Your consultant will be an interview expert with firsthand experience as former (and at times current) interviewers and will coach tone, pacing, and presence.

  • This blind interview simulates a real school interview and is a truly unbiased assessment.
  • Second consultant will provide internal feedback to your primary consultant, who will craft and execute personalized preparation plan based on your performance, improvement areas, and priorities.
  • Bilingual language support – B&B Consulting Associate native in your preferred language, will be assigned with your consultant for seamless communication.

  • Blind second review – Once drafts are complete, a second essay specialist—an advanced English expert with no prior background on the student—conducts a blind review and provides detailed feedback. This ensures each essay communicates the student’s voice clearly while strategically resonating with the target school.
  • Bilingual language support – B&B Consulting Associate native in your preferred language, will be assigned with your consultant for seamless communication.
