Born and raised in Tokyo, she is multicultural and trilingual—fluent in English, Japanese, and Persian—and understands firsthand how international schools shape identity, belonging, and global-minded curiosity. These insights guide her work with Basso & Basso families today.

Irsa brings more than 20 years of HR, People, and Consulting leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and North America. As a Senior HR Business Partner at Accenture, she supported global and regional organizations across APAC, Europe, and the Americas—leading talent strategy, advising executives, and supporting teams of more than 17,000 employees across 20+ countries. Her expertise lies in helping people grow, navigate complexity, and make thoughtful, informed decisions.

She holds a BA in Anthropology from New York University and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Known for her warmth, communication skills, and ability to connect across cultures, Irsa strives to create spaces where individuals feel understood, supported, and able to be authentic.
